With a decade of experience in the industry, Celia serves as the Officer in Effective Control and Head of Property Management at KIN Real Estate. In this role, she oversees operations, budgeting, compliance, and team management while also managing her own property portfolio.

Beginning her career in mid-2014, Celia built a rent roll from zero across residential and commercial sectors while handling trust accounts. She later moved on to lead team restructuring and process upgrades in a new role.

Celia joined KIN in 2021 as a Senior Property Manager and quickly progressed into a leadership position, focusing on service excellence, growth, and accountability. Known for consistently going above and beyond, Celia treats every property as if it were her own, always acting in her clients’ best interest with a tailored, reliable, and professional approach.

Her passion for maximising client returns, solving challenges, and delivering personalised service keeps her motivated and dedicated in her role.

Outside of work, Celia enjoys watching wildlife documentaries, and values spending time with her family.
