With the easing of restrictions into the second step of the Metro Melbourne Roadmap, we are now able to conduct inspections by appointment, for one agent and one prospective buyer/tenant, who may be accompanied by one other person from an existing household or an intimate partner and the prospective buyer or tenant’s children under 18 years old if there are no appropriate alternative care arrangements available.

We have also undertaken virtual inspections on many of our properties.

leasing - faq's

Can I move house now?
Yes. You are now free to move house.

Can I vacate or issue my notice to vacate?
Yes. You may vacate your property and arrange a time with your property manager to leave your keys in your property. Your property manager is permitted to carry out a final inspection with a working permit.

When can I collect my keys during if I had entered into a signed lease agreement?
Filomena or Lillian will organise a time to meet with you to handover the keys to your new property.

Can I still apply for a property for lease?
Yes. It is business as usual at KIN Real Estate, contact us today!

I have maintenance to report, can this be repaired?
Only urgent repairs may be attended to with all non-urgent repairs having to wait until further notice from the government.

Can a virtual tour be arranged with the listing agent?
We have video inspections listed in the advertisement or contact our team member today to organise an appointment.

How can I apply to lease a property?
