Kerren is the founder and Managing Director of both KIN Property and KIN Real Estate.

With over 20 years’ experience working in the property industry, Kerren founded KIN Property in 2012 after years of consulting and working in senior management for Mirvac Victoria. Specialising in marketing and customer relations, Kerren brings a strategic and customer centric approach to her work in off-the-plan residential settlements with developers, builders, financiers, purchasers and project teams.

With the invaluable relationships made in the settlement space with KIN Property, and her passion for the property industry, Kerren successfully expanded the KIN family to include KIN Real Estate. A licensed agent and Officer in Effective Control, Kerren oversees KIN Real Estate to ensure customer expectations are always exceeded and the best possible outcomes are achieved for buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants alike.

Kerren’s passion for the property industry is balanced by family life and a love of the outdoors and travel.
