Schuman is the Assistant Property Manager at KIN Real Estate, where she combines her background in finance with a keen eye for detail to assist in managing property operations and sales administration. A graduate of RMIT with a bachelor’s degree in Economics & Finance, Schuman worked in accounting for five years before taking a career break to become a full-time mum for a decade. Upon returning to the workforce, she joined KIN and reignited her professional journey, now thriving in the dynamic world of real estate.

She approaches her role with a positive attitude, always representing property owners’ best interests while providing excellent service to tenants. Outside of work, Schuman enjoys cooking and gardening, drawing inspiration from property inspections to decorate her own home. A passionate piano player, she loves teaching her sons to play, finding peace and creativity in music. Whether it’s refining her piano skills or contributing to the success of the properties she manages, Schuman’s dedication, patience, and creativity drive everything she does.
